Eugene also engages teams and divisions, or synergy chains as he refers to it, in developing their collaborative levels through specialist facilitation techniques.

After 8 years of activity in organisational development initiatives, training & development and guest speaking, Eugene is narrowing his focus to successfully facilitate the self-awareness and leadership power of individuals and teams.
