Brief Course Overview
In the processes of workshops 1 – 8 and 10, it is essential to anchor performance standards to benchmarks, either determined by systems, performance of equipment based on manufacture specifications or calculated by measurement or financial returns.
Workshop 9 deals with three aspects of benchmarks, Technical, People Performance and Organisational benchmarks. Benchmarking is one of the most valuable tools any organization can have to cost products for production runs with accuracy, prepare quotations and manage efficiencies. Simple spreadsheets can be designed for each environment, to indicate performance levels and allow diagnostics of efficiencies.

This is a 1 day workshop.
What we require from you
- A venue which can comfortably and adequately accommodate the participants. Should you wish to hold this course at an external venue then all venue hire costs will be for your account.
- The venue must allow for at least two break-away rooms/areas.
- At least two flipchart boards.
- Lunches and morning and afternoon teas.
