Brief Course Overview

 

The people employed in our organisations all come to work bringing with them their own values, belief systems, ethics and performance standards. In order to understand and calibrate workplace systems effectively it is necessary to understand how people react to change, introduction of new standards or alterations of their work experience.

Workshop offers a series of well researched and carefully designed instruments, which test the success of the work done in Models 1 – 9. Any workplace processes of systems will work only as well as their acceptance of a fair way to work and fair standards to deliver for the compensation received.

It is that simple; understanding how to monitor and manage performance in a production environment from clerical to factories, farms to mines is essential for proper workplace management.

 

Brief Course Outline

 

Day 1

Welcome and Introductions

Module 1: Measuring levels of workplace satisfaction (Spread Sheet 1)

Module 2: Measuring level of disturbance (Spread Sheet 2)

Module 3: Benchmarks (Model 1)

Module 4: Design of a benchmark database (Model 2)

Module 5: Organisational change management (Model 3)

Wrap–up, Check-out and close

What we require from you

 

  • A venue which can comfortably and adequately accommodate the participants. Should you wish to hold this course at an external venue then all venue hire costs will be for your account.
  • The venue must allow for at least two break-away rooms/areas.
  • At least two flipchart boards.
  • Lunches and morning and afternoon teas.
