Brief Course Overview
This course forms the foundation of the course series. Participants will be exposed to a series of graphic models which form the core systems which should be in place to govern a modern organisation. The integration of systems to ensure that they individually and collectively contribute to one common objective forms the key learning aspect of this workshop. Module 1 will focus on integrating systems to make your organisation indestructible.

This is a 2 day workshop.
What we require from you
- A venue which can comfortably and adequately accommodate the participants. Should you wish to hold this course at an external venue then all venue hire costs will be for your account.
- The venue must allow for at least two break-away rooms/areas.
- At least two flipchart boards.
- Lunches and morning and afternoon teas.
