Use a brick or a two-litre bottle, filled with sand or water and set it into your toilet tank, avoid the flapper valve. This saves on water every time you flush!

Essential Workplace Series

Workplace Governance: The New Frontier

About the Series

  1. All workplace management workshops are designed around four dimensions: theory, change models, test instruments and case study practice.
  2. A degree of overlap between workshops is intentional. To keep workshops short and powerful, fun and practical, and above all valuable, several aspects of Workplace Governance are dealt with to different degrees of detail in more than one workshop. Time and cost of time are combined with the focus on time. In team design the focus is on team types, with some content on accounting for team time. Where techniques to measuring time are shown, time is a clear focus with measurement procedures and techniques the learning focus.
  3. They are participative “working” workshops and will serve no purpose unless participants are allowed to return to their workplace to test and implement their learning. A knowledge of Excel is important but not essential.
  4. Need focuses their desire to change the environment and therefore resistance to change and conflict may be unavoidable.
  5. Extra feedback days should be added after completion of implementation on an individual, natural work team or mixed group bases, where the purpose is for the facilitator to assist with implementation.
  6. Individual guidance time, either over “skype”, telephone, email or personal attendance can also be arranged.
  7. Workshop content undergoes continuous evaluation based on client feedback and technological developments and can be changed without notice or liability. Where content is changed to exclude components where workshops have already been booked, clients will be advised and offered the additional content free of charge without loss of older content.
